By accessing or using RacketMania, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of RacketMania after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use RacketMania. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use RacketMania, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms other users or the platform.
User Conduct
Acceptable Use
You agree to use RacketMania only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will treat other users with respect and maintain good sportsmanship.
Prohibited Activities
You may not: (a) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (b) provide false information; (c) use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) post spam or malicious content.
Match Commitments
When you commit to a match, you are expected to attend. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Payments & Fees
Platform Access
RacketMania is currently free to join and use during our launch phase. We reserve the right to introduce fees or subscription plans in the future with advance notice.
Court Booking Fees
When booking courts through our platform, you agree to pay the applicable court fees. Prices are determined by the venue and displayed before booking. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Refunds
Refunds for court bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the specific venue. Platform service fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
Payment Information
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
Liability & Disclaimers
Service "As Is"
RacketMania is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
User Interactions
We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for any disputes that arise between users. You interact with other users at your own risk.
Physical Activity
Badminton and other racket sports involve physical activity and risk of injury. You participate at your own risk. We recommend consulting a physician before engaging in physical activity if you have health concerns.
Third-Party Services
Our platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, court booking systems). We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RacketMania and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on RacketMania, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of RacketMania or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
By posting content on RacketMania (profile information, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating the platform.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without express written permission.
Additional Important Terms
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of RacketMania shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RacketMania regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
