The app is free to download and free to create a profile. You pay for court time when you book, plus a service fee of 5 to 10 percent on top, 7 percent by default. There is no subscription and no charge for being matched.
No. That is rather the point. Join a match somebody else has opened, or open one yourself and let players near you join. Matchmaking pairs on skill, so a stranger at your level is usually a better game than a friend well above or below it.
Every player carries a rating from 1.0 to 10.0 per sport, and it moves as you play. New ratings move faster than established ones, so you settle near your real level within a handful of matches instead of grinding for months. Reliability and how you treat other players are tracked separately.
Tennis, badminton, squash, padel, pickleball, table tennis, racquetball and beach tennis. Sports are managed centrally rather than hardcoded, so the list can grow without waiting for an app update.
Either online through the app, or at the venue if it takes payment at the desk. When you pay at the venue, the app charges only the service fee. You will see which applies before you confirm anything.
Attendance feeds a reliability score sitting alongside your skill rating, so players who repeatedly cancel late or fail to appear become visible as such. Cancelling early costs you nothing, which is deliberate: the aim is to make it easy to free a spot in time for somebody else to take it.
