For venue owners

Fill empty courts.
Grow revenue.

Friday night books itself. Tuesday at 2pm doesn't: the lights are on, the net's up, and the court sits empty until someone books it. That's the hour this page is about.

Partner venues fill more of their previously empty court time. Our matchmaking brings players who are actively looking for a game to your empty slots, automatically.

How it works

Three steps. No code, no contract to read before you can even ask a question.

01

Register your venue

Self-serve in a few minutes, or talk to our team first if you'd rather ask questions before creating an account. Either way your venue starts out pending review.

02

Get approved

Once we approve your venue you get venue-admin access to your own dashboard: courts, bookings, analytics and payouts, all in one place.

03

List courts, open your calendar

Automatic

Add your courts and operating hours. From there, matchmaking sends players who are actively looking for a game to your empty slots automatically, especially off-peak.

The economics

Here's exactly what it costs. No "contact sales" pricing page.

Commission is the first question every venue owner asks. We'd rather answer it here than have you assume the worst and move on.

Player service fee

7%default · range 5–10%

Charged to the player on top of your court price when they pay online. It funds the platform; it is never deducted from what you're paid.

Venue commission

12%default · range 10–15%

Taken from the court amount on each booking. Configurable per venue: the default is a starting point, not a fixed rate.

Guaranteed payments: no more chasing no-shows for money after the fact.

How you get paid

Platform payment or MultiSport POS: you pick, per venue.

Platform Payment

  • Player pays online via Stripe at the time of booking.
  • RacketMania collects the payment, then pays you the court amount minus commission.
  • Best if you're happy to take bookings fully online, no staff step required.

MultiSport POS

  • Player pays you directly at the venue: cash, card, MultiSport voucher, however you already run things.
  • The player is only charged the service fee through the platform; you're invoiced the commission separately.
  • Best if you already run a POS or MultiSport terminal and want to keep it.
Your dashboard

Real-time analytics and insights, not a spreadsheet.

Once approved, your venue-admin dashboard gives you bookings, courts, analytics and payouts in one place, updated as they happen rather than exported at the end of the month.

  • Manage every court and its hours from a single screen.
  • See which slots matchmaking is filling and which are still open.
  • Track payouts and, for POS venues, your commission invoices.

Coming to RacketMania

Community is coming, and it's the strongest lever for occupancy.

A group books courts weekly for practice, ladders and socials. One organiser brings dozens of players on a recurring schedule you can plan around. We're building it now.

FAQ

Questions venue owners actually ask

Two fees, both percentage-based and both stated on this page: a service fee of 5–10% (7% by default) charged to the player on top of the court price, and a venue commission of 10–15% (12% by default) taken from the court amount on each booking. There's no listing fee to appear on the platform.
